Before work begins
Eligible service orders may be cancelled for a full refund before work begins.
After work begins
Refunds are assessed according to completed work and delivered milestones. Downloaded digital products are generally not refundable unless defective or materially different from their description.
Failure to deliver
If agreed deliverables cannot be provided or reasonably remedied, the corresponding fee will be refunded.
How to request a refund
Email help@lumiqs.store with the order number. Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to the original payment method.
